Reports To (title): Fast Data Support Team Lead

Working in **Fast Data Support **, the focus of the department is to **assure the quality of the product **collected by the Scouts, being the **first line of quality control **and **support for all the Scouts **across the globe.

Being a **Fast Data Support - Senior Data Collection Analyst **is mainly about maintaining the focus around the Supporter /DCA team and making sure everyone understands the process and is acting accordingly. The importance of the role is crucial on **reporting feedback **on Supporters’ performance, and identifying potential issues, and risks across the entire structure or about particular individuals. **Identify **needs for **training, re-training **, **delivering **when required along with other measures relevant to **improve the quality of the Supporters’ team.**

- Super Backup - support of games when necessary
- Guarantee Janus Admin tasks are properly and timely executed
- Support Live Support & Monitoring Team on gathering information from games
- Provide live supervision and feedback for Data Collectors (Supporters)
- Execute Training & Re-training for Data Collectors (Supporters)
- Re-arrangement of shift plans & distribution of games Support quality control, reviewing supporters' performance and handling QC queries

- Fluent English
- In-depth sports knowledge
- Wide experience working with the Fast Data Product
- Ability to teach, engage, explain, demonstrate, guide, and enable
- Decision maker and proactive approach on a live and fast-paced environment
- Good command of Office 365
