You will sign a contract with a Portuguese employer
- ** Work from anywhere in Portugal ( home-office)**:

- Various starting dates available, including: 08.05, 15.05 and more

- No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

**The project**:
You will be providing services for French-speaking clients of International Entertainment Company, by assisting them with any issues or questions related to the product or services.

**Your tasks**:

- Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handling clients' requests: policy changes, cancellations, claims, updating payment details

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in French language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- You live in Portugal or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**A relocation package that covers all the essentials for a smooth transition to Lisbon includes**:

- Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of contract up to 400€ in Economy class
- Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
