Olala Homes is a fast-growing tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona. We are part of a Hospitality group that manages over 1200 short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique accommodations, as well as 10 restaurants, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our mission is to provide our guests with unique hospitality experiences while promoting an efficient and sustainable way of travelling with style. Since our beginning in 2014, we’ve expanded our operations to 17 cities and are on our way to continue growing in different markets worldwide by offering travellers smart/digital and stylish accommodations and high-level service.

**Your Journey**:
We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to join our team on a full-time basis in Cascais and Lisbon.
- Manage, monitor and supervise cleaning and maintenance teams
- Review and inspect apartments to ensure they are in good conditions
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote positive team dynamics
- New openings: Support in budget negotiations, supervise construction works, manage
- and supervise all operation tasks to assemble the new apartments. Be in contact with
- design and finance teams to make sure deadlines and plans are met
- Be responsible for communications between Operation team and Contact Center
- Be responsible for the implementation on the ground of Marketing actions
- Support with business development activities
- Help with administration tasks
- Make sure our guests have the best experience during their stay
- Contact providers, be present during visits and gather quotes
- Manage our storages and do inventories
- Other tasks related to the daily business

**What do you bring to your trip**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years in the tourism industry
- Flexible working schedule - during evenings and weekends
- Portuguese and fluent English are mandatory. Spanish will be an asset
- Responsive and quick problem solving
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally
- Tech savvy
- Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
- Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.
- Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes.
- Confident working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
