**Salesforce Implementation Manager**

Reporting to the Director of Salesforce Solutions, the Salesforce Implementation Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of Salesforce functionality to cover all sales and service aspects of the LetsGetChecked Salesforce org.

The role will work closely with the care teams, clinical, inside sales, enterprise and finance functions to develop requirements and deliver on the agreed roadmap.

You will work with our existing team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Build trust and strong relationships with all internal stakeholders
- Act as the link between the Salesforce team and the business commercial side
- Work with stakeholders across the business to define and deliver our Sales Cloud roadmap
- Assist with development efforts as needed - the role requires flexibility to meet business priorities
- Build a deep knowledge of LetsGetChecked's business model to ensure development efforts on Salesforce aligns with the overall business goals
- Ensure commercial processes as designed align with operational and service needs to ensure delivery for clients
- Define reporting within Salesforce to give clear visibility for the business on the Sales pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Liaise with other Engineering teams to ensure Salesforce is aligned with core LetsGetChecked systems

**What we're looking for**
- Salesforce certifications, to include Administration, Platform Developer and Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
- Strong background in Salesforce development - Apex, VF, SOQL
- Experience in business analysis, shaping business cases, process design
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with development background
- Experience of ERP / SAP integrations preferred
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, cross-departmental
- Demonstrated experience of delivery of Salesforce features and projects
- Strong understanding of sales process best practices in Salesforce, lead management
- Strong knowledge of service processes, call centres, best practices within complex operations delivery environments
- Knowledge of Jira for agile development
- Healthcare industry experience a plus - preferably with healthcare market knowledge
- Strong presentation skills - comfortable with being the focal point of a senior stakeholder session
