Olá Sou a Reneilwe, Responsável pelo Desenvolvimento de Negócios na MetaCompliance. Todos os dias, trabalho com um grupo de Representantes de Desenvolvimento de Vendas (SDRs) dedicados e empenhados. A nossa equipa cresceu muito desde o seu início, departamento onde eu comecei há alguns anos.

Esta é uma ótima oportunidade para iniciar a sua carreira no mundo das SaaS. As vendas SaaS são um negócio fascinante de venda de software como serviço. Esta é uma indústria de Bilhões de Dólares, que tem demonstrado imenso crescimento ao longo dos últimos 5 anos.

Estamos à procura de pessoas com motivação, ambição e vontade de serem os melhores. Falo de uma enorme vontade de sucesso... para atingir metas e para bater recordes.

Não é necessária experiência nesta área, no entanto, é essencial ter pelo menos 6 meses de experiência numa função que envolva contacto com clientes. Com esta experiência, atitudes e comportamentos certos, investiremos em si através da formação e da tecnologia, para que possa obter os melhores resultados.

Uma vez que encontre o seu ritmo, rapidamente irá atingir objetivos com o nosso plano de bónus de vários níveis (comissão não limitada) e isso é apenas o início. Antes de se aperceber, vai estar a orientar novos colaboradores, enquanto progride na sua carreira.
