Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a reference Company,a Shared Services Center Manager-Porto
**Responsibilities**:
Build up and manage/co-ordinate shared services staff
Support the team in problem solving or complex situations across countries
Take an active role as a business leader within the team and support the overall objectives of the business
Ensure optimal organization design and execution of processes after migration and drive for continuous improvement of processes
Monitor internal control procedures to ensure accountability
Create efficiencies of process and system improvements, through benchmarking and other tools
Ensure implementation of global policies and processes in the SSC
KPI’s implementation
Supervise Accounts Payable processing including invoicing, payment and compliance to payment terms
Supervise audit Accounts Payable master file additions/changes
Supervise debtor invoicing and check compliance to payment terms
Liaise with countries MD for credit accounts approval for new debtors
Ensure bank reconciliations are performed in a timely manner and journal entries are recorded accurately
Ensure the best practices for Cash collection and follow up of debts
Fixed Assets, Controlling, GL
Stakeholders collaboration and Work closely with all business partners to ensure compliance with processes that will facilitate timely processing of operations
Track and report key performance measures or any relevant information to each site and to the central Finance Team
Oversee end of month and end of year processes in order to comply with taxation and superannuation legislation
Create and maintain all legal and comprehensive documentation
Audit or provide assistance to the internal auditor of the SSC work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
Provide assistance to internal auditor or coordinate data and staff requirements during external audit processes relating to shared services
Profile
Bachelor’s in Management or similar
5 years of experience in a Finance SSC (mandatory) Experience in an international company (mandatory)
Proven leadership experience and team management
Fluent English (mandatory) and Hyperion/HFM knowledge preferred
Analyze and design finance processes,Depth knowledge about accounting, finance, and legislation
Build up & manage teams and work with remote teams
Willing to take international travel
