**Descrição da função**:
A Guerin Rent-a-Car, é uma empresa do Grupo Salvador Caetano, com mais de 30 anos na estrada em território nacional
Procuramos um **Rent-a-Car Team Leader (M/F/d)**, para a nossa estação do Aeroporto de Ponta Delgada, para nos acompanhar nesta viagem.
**Desafio**:
- Promover uma experiência ao cliente, através do aluguer de viaturas e outros serviços associados, com o _drive _**"Guerin, uma viagem feita de pessoas”**.
**No dia a dia**:
- Planeamento de infleets e defleets da zona afeta e da respetiva equipa;
- Gestão de frota improdutiva da sua estação/zona, como manutenção e deslocações logísticas;
- Acolhimento e integração de novos colaboradores;
- Acompanhamento e formação on job de colaboradores;
- Participação ativa na atualização de normas, IT’s e Manual de Qualidade;
- Avaliação de desempenho comercial e operacional da equipa;
- Elaboração do plano operacional por forma a atingir os objetivos comerciais;
- Gestão do P&L das estações da sua responsabilidade e criação de planos de ação para melhoria de resultados.
**Perfil**:
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou similar;
- Inglês fluente (falado e escrito - fator eliminatório), espanhol, francês, alemão, etc. - fator preferencial;
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipas, unidade de negócio ou loja (retalho, gestão de serviços, ou similares);
- Autonomia na gestão de P&L e KPIs, bem como na criação de planos de ação;
- Experiência em projetos de transformação digital de lojas físicas (fator preferencial);
- Conhecimentos operacionais de E-Commerce (trocas, vendas, stock...) (fator preferencial);
- Conhecimentos sólidos de Excel;
- Foco na satisfação do cliente;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Agilidade para multitasking, perspetivando a participação de vários projetos em simultâneo;
- Foco na solução, resiliência e ótimas skills de motivação, influência e acompanhamento de equipas;
- Carta de condução há mais de 2 anos.
