We are seeking a dynamic member to our Finance team. The **Assistant Accountant** will manage all accounts payable activities for the Company, ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, and maintain accurate records and control reports. The Global Accounts Payable Accountant will maintain timely contact with employees, vendors, and clients.

**What will you do**:

- Manage day-to-day accounts payables function for high volume, global AP dept;
- Build cash forecast based on Payables and recurring expenses
- Maintain vendor relationships and inquiries;
- Own credit card activity
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Assist with vendor support during the financial audit
- Plan and prioritize assignments and projects in a constantly changing environment.

**Who you are**:

- Accounting Degree or equivalent experience
- Robust Excel skills, with ability to create pivot tables, develop graphs and charts, and utilize formulas
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to utilize financial reporting features in NetSuite, and other financial systems
- Strong communicator with an ability to distil detailed and technical topics to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to identify improved ways of working to drive a single standardized global view;
- Driven, proactive and able to work autonomously with little supervision towards the company’s purpose;
- Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
- Interested in others and strives for the best for the team;
- Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
- Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues;
- Ability to work as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
