**ASSIGNMENTS DESCRIPTION**

The core mission of the package mission manager is to create, deploy and update packages in the authoring tool Forcom for maintenance and wear and tear operations (Citroën, Peugeot and DS brands’ vehicles) on behalf of user markets and make them available in Service Box, the repairers’ interface for networks, and OnLine Booking for customers looking for a quotation before booking their next service or repair.

It also includes meeting deadlines on a schedule agreed with HQ or market for deployment and help markets to monitor efficiency in terms of package usage by the repairers.

The package mission manager liaises with upstream teams (after-sales, technical, marketing and IT) and markets downstream. And delivers the prices and package ranges used and requested by the different markets.

The major assignments in scope for the Peugeot Citroën DS (PCD) brands are:

- Create new packages, - Update packages according to the updates delivered by the technical team upstream, - Price packages further to technical changes or developments, but also price increases for Spare Parts.
- Run the activity with user markets (Implement national promotions and fixed price offers, customers’ loyalty retention programs, update specific market data such as discount rates, labor tariff zones, package pricing rules and naming),
- Supply specific files to France to allow acceptance for B2B business quotations (Leasers and Fleets)
- Provide usage reports to markets to allow them to monitor usage by repairers and set up incentives and/or bonuses to improve usage and increase sales results
- Handle user market’s & repairers’ feedbacks and claims (RU) on issues raised: pricing, availability of packages in Service Box and liaise with external entities (as listed previously) when necessary.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Area of residence: Lisbon and/or surrounding area
- Proficient with digital tools
- Fluent in Portuguese (speaking and writing)
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Availability for hybrid work (in offices based in Lisbon & teleworking)
- Full-time work
