As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to connect with decision-makers through daily outbound phone calls and emails, establish quick rapport, understand their needs, and close sales.
- You will present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs.
- Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
- Previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Native level in Dutch and at least a B2 level of English.
- Eligibility to work in Portugal.
This permanent contract (CDI) offers a competitive salary package including:
- A base salary of €16,800 yearly gross (14 payments a year).
- A sales bonus of €500 per 12 months.
- A complexity bonus of €80 per 12 months.
- A meal allowance of €7.23 per day.
- A transportation allowance of €20 per month.
- Health insurance provided since day 1 (free after 6 months).
- For candidates who need to relocate:
- A relocation package including flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months (reimbursement of airfare up to €400 economy class).
- Housing: Apartment Room (private room, shared apartment) with rent of €280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).
