We are currently looking for a **ServiceNow Consultant** to join our team.

**Location**:Lisbon, Hybrid.

**Required skills**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas;
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant;
- Solid knowledge (one or more) of the following modules: HRSD, Employee Journey, Lifecycle Events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Self-Service, SLA;
- Experience implementing Employee Centre Pro;
- Experience implementing Employee Document Management;
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other system (REST APIs, Mulesoft, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, HTML);
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator / Implementation Specialist HRSD;
- Proactive, dynamic and responsible;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Ability to adapt;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
