Tasks
- Work closely with a fast-growing company in Europe.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Keep a healthy active pipeline
- Identify best sourcing channels
- Local market knowledge
- Employer branding activities
- ownership of process
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience with different ATS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- An in-house recruiter mindset. You care about the right fit for the right team.
- Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results.
