**Responsabilidades**:

- Prestar cuidados de enfermagem nos diferentes contextos assistênciais da clínica
- Intervir com base na melhor evidência científica, garantindo a implementação dos padrões de qualidade;
- Documentar atempadamente as intervenções de enfermagem realizadas;
- Promover a autonomia do doente, capacitação do doente e família e adesão ao tratamento;
- Comunicar eficazmente com o doente e família;
- Participar e promover ações que visem articular os diferentes níveis de cuidados de saúde;
- Participar ativamente nos processos de melhoria contínua no âmbito da sua esfera de intervenção profissional;
- Proceder ao registo de incidentes;
- Promover e participar nos programas e projetos de investigação, nacionais ou internacionais;
- Colaborar no processo de formação e de desenvolvimento de competências de outros profissionais;
- Participar na gestão e organização do trabalho da equipa de enfermagem;
- Resolver problemas de ordem assistêncial e organizacional;
- Apoiar a gestão da clínica e coordenação das equipas e projetos da unidade;
- Substituição do Enfermeiro-Chefe nas suas ausências.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Enfermagem e cédula profissional válida
- Especialidade em área relevante.
- 2 anos de experiência em técnicas de diálise
- Domínio da língua portuguesa e inglesa (preferencial)
- Conhecimentos de sistemas de qualidade (preferencial)
- Experiência prévia de liderança, chefia de turno e/ou equipas
- Competências Pessoais: Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas; Iniciativa; Pensamento crítico; Tomada de decisão; Comunicação; Gestão de conflitos e Trabalho de equipa
