- We deliver trainings & educational contents around Power Skills (critical thinking, productivity, leadership, public speaking, coaching, stress management, etc.), **self-growth and performance**, through a balanced set of **e-learning programs, events and edutainment videos**.

From one well-known Founder to a team of +80 people today (and counting), this approach has paid off and enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to have thousands of people attending our online events and training courses.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- **Your goal will be to assist **Laura**, our Event Manager, in making Paradox events a huge success**

**Your missions will include**:
**1. Marketing**:

- Work closely with Laura, our Event Manager, to ensure that all event marketing efforts are aligned with the overall event strategy.
- Work together with the marketing and event team to draft the event offer strategy: pricing, positioning, brand.
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns, monitoring engagement, and analyzing campaign results.
- Analyze event data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Create effective landing pages.

**2. Communication**:

- Create social media content to promote our events with the support of our marketing and video department.
- Create event materials, such as flyers, brochures, and signage.
- Find and contact relevant speakers to boost our brand throughout events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media partners and influencers to secure media coverage and social media exposure.

**3. Budgeting**:
Manage the event marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are cost-effective.

**OUR EVENTS THIS YEAR**:

- ** Immersion Mastermind**:end of May in Marrakech. High-end event for a small selection of entrepreneurs (15 people) looking to scale their businesses.
- ** EPR seminar (Entrainé Pour réussir)**: in June, at the Hilton hotel in Paris. Self-growth event, for people who want to empower themselves and live their true ambition. Around 700 attendees, with David and other famous speakers. In 2024, we want to take EPR to another level by targeting 2000 attendees
