**About the job**

The Business Management Officer supports in the management of a group of teams, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. They provide support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or consolidation and impacting the business. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Top Management in decision making process and focusing on continous improvement

**Your Main Activities Are**

Support the leadership of the scope on their daily activities or projects

Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives

Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas

Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint etc., with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others

Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients

Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list

Support in following-up and implementing continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scope

Support to maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes

Support in the yearly budget process and in following-up the budget

Support in the management of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams

Support to GB Operations Management Support

Work in close collaboration with GB Operations Management Support team. This includes, but is not limited to
- Assisting in building up the GB Operations budget for some countries- Consolidate data both in Headcount and Cash- Invoicing monitoring- Contribute to allocation keys review- Monitoring of Actuals based on Finance data- Producing consolidated reporting on budget- Produce and analyse reconciliations of data as and when required- Perform and/or implement ad hoc requests by GB Operations Management SupportContribute to the automation and industrialization of the process

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor Degree

Up to 2 years of relevant experience

Fluent (C1-C2)

Finance and Budget knowledge

Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

Attention to detail / rigor

Ability to deliver / Results driven

Adaptability

Communication skills - oral & written

Organisational skills

Ability to develop and leverage networks

Organisation & Strategy - BNP Paribas Organisation knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office Pack (Mainly advanced level on Excel / Thinkcell / good level for Powerpoint)
