Responsible for expatriate portfolios and the accuracy of this information in several systems;
- Ensure compliance of the documentation;
- Calculate compensation packages;
- Manage logistics, administrative and support expatriates by managing all administrative aspects linked to Dutch employees rights;
- Acts as point of contact with the Dutch payroll and other departments and entities in Netherlands;
- Follow up and anticipate the key steps of the assignment to be managed with HR Business Partners;
- Manage « local to local » transfers according to the policy;
- Ensure internal delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs already alliged.
**Qualifications**:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) package advanced level;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong sense of costumer-focus;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a great sense of confidentiality;
- Very good written and oral communications skills;
- Rigorous and detailed oriented;
- Ability to learn;
