Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break

**ROLE**

The Office Coordinator is a master of all trades in the operations of the office, you will always be in the know of what's happening around the office without having to be told. It will be part of your responsibility to keep the office beautiful and well-kept, and running smoothly and efficiently, as well as hauling groceries and being on hand to greet all visitors whilst believing in continuous improvement of office systems and protocols. Farfetch employees will be your customers and your role will be to amaze them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain the condition of our office, as a neat and clutter-free environment, maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms and common areas including kitchen
- Provide a sense of organization and efficiency throughout the office
- Manage office vendors such as equipment repair, cleaning, handyman, and building management
- Ensure compliance together with Health & Safety Standards
- Liaise and assist the People team on the induction of new staff
- Always support new ways to surprise staff in terms of events, facilities, and amenities.
- Ensure that HACCP requirements have taken place
- Ordering general office supplies, cleaning, and kitchen supplies

HOW YOU ARE
- Service-minded and strong customer service focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business
- Highly skilled at influencing management staff through strong relationships, expertise, and data
- Proven record of effecting strategic change and initiatives where prudent
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, deal with constant change and take measured risks; approaches situations with an open mind consider all angles of a problem, and evaluate solutions from multiple perspectives
- Able to confidently lead and organize a team
- Proficient in using IT systems, both customer service-specific and Windows packages
