The Senior Tax Analyst will support US tax reporting and return compliance. This position reports directly to the Senior Tax Manager.
- Responsibilities:_
- Prepare federal tax and international tax compliance items including the calculation of book-tax adjustments, various tax calculations and tax credits.
- Prepare state apportionment workpaper and separate/unitary state income and franchise tax returns, including estimated income tax payments.
- Calculate and prepare estimated payments and extensions.
- Gather and validate information required for the preparation of federal and state income tax returns and international forms using OneSource tax preparation software.
- Assist with the quarterly and year-end income tax provisions, including preparation of tax entries, tax account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
- Research and document federal, international, and state tax positions and assist with income tax special projects.
- Prepare federal and state audit support schedules and responses to tax notices.
- Review, analyze and streamline Tax processes and assist with Tax transformation projects
- Perform other ad hoc projects as needed.
- Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Technical Skills:_
- Knowledge of OneSource Tax Compliance
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to think outside of the box and work through issues
- Public Accounting experience is a plus.
- 3 years of large corporation income tax experience or 2 years of public accounting experience with corporate income taxes
