We're looking for a motivated and driven Salesforce Administrator who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

We are launching a new team at Flix that allows us to get the most out of Salesforce. Our goal is to enable our colleagues to use Salesforce as efficiently yet autonomously as possible. We therefore plan to centralise ownership, governance and guidance to ensure proper integration of Salesforce into Azure AD as our identity provider, exchanging data with Kafka and Snowflake, and providing standard integrations to our platform.

We need your help as a Salesforce Administrator contributing to the vision and mission for the team, pushing for a great developer experience and building products and features around the Salesforce ecosystem.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Salesforce usage at Flix - help define the vision and drive its implementation

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce data security model
- Practical experience in creating reports and dashboards
- Experience with data management, and in particular data upload tooling
- Design and implement process automation solutions
- Coordinate Salesforce related communication within the organisation
- Drive to make an impact
- Experience in an agile organisation
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding communication skills
- Motivated to learn

Nice to have
- High-level understanding of software delivery in a cross-team setting
