Casa reîa is now hiring a Head Hostess to be responsible for its Reception.

As a Head Hostess in charge of the reception area of a high-end restaurant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and are seated promptly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities for a Head Hostess**:
**Greet guests warmly**: The Head Hostess is responsible for greeting guests as soon as they arrive at the restaurant, making them feel welcome, and creating a positive first impression.

**Manage reservations**: The Head Hostess should be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring that all bookings are organized and confirmed. This includes keeping track of any special requests and ensuring that they are accommodated.

**Manage seating arrangements**: The Head Hostess should be responsible for managing seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated promptly and efficiently, and that the dining room is used to its full capacity. Communicate with guests: The Head Hostess should be the main point of contact for guests and should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently. They should be able to answer any questions guests may have about the restaurant, menu, or services offered.

**Train and manage the reception team**: The Head Hostess should be responsible for training and managing the reception team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the restaurant's policies and procedures and that they provide excellent customer service.

**Manage customer complaints**: The Head Hostess should be able to handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring that guests are satisfied with the outcome.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Portuguese and English ( other languages are a plus);
**Experience**: Should have previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting, particularly in a front-of-house role such as a hostess or server.

**Communication skills**: Excellent communication skills are essential for a Head Hostess, as they will be interacting with guests, staff, and management regularly. This includes being able to listen actively, speak clearly, and convey information effectively.
