**Descrição da oferta de emprego de Operador/a de call center - inbound em Lisboa**:
Estamos a recrutar um Customer Service Advisor (M/F) para prestigiada empresa (DHL) na zona de Lisboa. A pessoa selecionada irá desempenhar as seguintes funções:

- O Customer Service é a primeira linha de contacto com o Cliente e as principais responsabilidades do Advisor passam pela marcação de recolhas, seguimento de envios, dar resposta a questões que os Clientes tenham em relação a estes processos, contribuir para a satisfação do cliente e promover os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa (que sejam indicados à situação do cliente).
- Temos ao dispor sistemas informáticos próprios, que nos auxiliam no tratamento de processos e na consulta de informação diversa.
- Está prevista uma formação inicial de 2 semanas, e após esse período, formação contínua, de forma a garantir o sucesso do novo elemento da equipa e a satisfação dos nossos clientes.

**Função**:Operador/a de call center - inbound

**Requisitos**:

- Forte orientação para o cliente e para o trabalho de equipa;
- Experiência em atendimento telefónico inbound e outbound (valorizado);
- Bom conhecimento de inglês (obrigatório);
- Experiência no Office 365;
- Facilidade na utilização de sistemas informáticos;
- Proatividade e autonomia;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e dicção;
- Atitude positiva, empatia e escuta ativa;
- Capacidade de gestão do tempo;
- Orientação para resultados.

**Formação**:

- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano (obrigatório).

**Línguas**:

- Português falado e escrito corretamente;
- Inglês fluente.
