We are currently looking for a **Human Resources VP** to be part of our team in Oeiras, Portugal.

**Mission**:
**Human Resources Operations**
- Communicate, engage and interact with General managers, acting as Business Partner and main point of contact for the leadership team of our Language Services European business.
- Implement the Group Human Resources strategy in order to enhance teams’ motivation, commitment and personal development.
- Provide insight and recommendations on HR operational models.
- Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.
- Make sure HR processes are well appropriated by management teams and offering guidance for their implementation.
- Propose any relevant organizational change in accordance with the Group’s strategy and team sizing and coordinating their implementation.
- Participate actively in new acquisitions’ integrations.
- Implement and manage performance management Group processes and routines.
- Identify Training needs and implement local training plans.
- Oversee administrative and payroll processes, in line with social and legal environment.
- Interact with trade unions and work councils.

**HR Reporting**
- Prepare and present monthly HR reports with key indicators.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of HR data and reporting.
- Develop and maintain monthly HR costs tracking, in collaboration with the finance department.

**Cultural and values guidance**
- Supervise internal communication delivery for all the perimeter.
- Promote the Group’s values and culture externally and internally, and secure employees’ commitment to Acolad’s DNA.
- Assess regularly the social climate and teams’ expectations.

**Human Resources Team Management**
- Mentor, develop and manage the HR and Office Management team (5 regional HR BPs and their local teams), managing work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic.
- Recruit, interview and hire HR staff as required.
- Ensure a regular link between central HR teams and field HR BPs.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 10 to 15 years of human resource management experience.
- HR Background in international environments, medium size companies (+1000 emp.), B2B Services.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Field and operations oriented, hands-on profile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
