Facility Coordinator

Funções:
Desenvolver actividades no âmbito da tecnologia dos edifícios, nomeadamente:
- Gerir sub-contratos no contexto do Facility Management (Hard e Soft services).
- Gerir os Planos de Manutenção Preventiva.
- Ser responsável pela implementação de políticas de FM de acordo com o vigente na CBRE e/ou na conta cliente.
- Gerir a boa relação permanente entre cliente, utilizadores e fornecedores de forma a garantir um serviço de excelência.
Requisitos essenciais:
Experiência em Facility Management em ambiente de escritório.
Destreza em língua inglesa.
Outros requisitos:
- Boa capacidade de análise para resolução de problemas
- Autonomia
- Orientação para o cliente
- Boas capacidades organizacionais e de gestão de tempo
- Proficiente em de Excel e Word
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa
- Conhecimentos de idioma espanhol será valorizado mas não é critério eliminatório
**Tipo de oferta**: Integral/Full-time, Temporário or Contrato de trabalho e termo certo
Duração do contrato: 12 meses
