Facilities Coordinator

The Kencko Co, Inc. is a fast-growing company that aims to revolutionize the nutrition industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Cabra Figa and Lisbon offices.
This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and modern environment in both office locations, ensuring all teams have a healthy and safe working space.
You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure & IT and other teams to coordinate facilities maintenance, inventory management, and procurement.
As a key member of our team, you will also foster relationships with suppliers, oversee facilities maintenance, and manage minor repairs.
In addition, you will partner with the People team to coordinate team meals and social events, as well as assist with administrative requests from various teams.
You will welcome visitors and provide facility tours when needed, while continually enhancing processes, containing costs, and updating the team playbook, Google Drive, and Notion workspace.
