We are looking for a
**IT Back Office Support** to join one of our project teams in
**Lisbon**, in the area of banking.

**Tasks**:

- Be the IT SPOC for Wealth Management users located in Lisbon and Porto;
- Provide support on standard tooling such as Workstation, OS, Office suite, Virtual machine ;
- Contribute to ease the New Joiner process;
- Investigate and provide assistance by liaising and ensuring coordination with the right team(s) located in Portugal, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxemburg, Germany or Asia until resolution;
- Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to the relevant manager;
- Provide constant and effective communication to the Back office users and other IT teams on the progress of their issues and requests;
- Participate to the regular committee with other teams involved and customer with respect to the Wealth management information system governance;
- Build a knowledge database;
- Draft processes or RACI matrix where needed.

Handle user reported incidents:

- Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues;
- Ensure Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability;
- Ensure that the all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent experience;
- More than 3 years of experience as Back office User Support;
- Experience in processes drafting;
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams;
- Workstation/Virtual Machines;
- Telephony Systems;
- Messaging and Instant Messaging;
- Remote network Access;
- Access Right Management Process;
- Systems: User’s Oriented, Online Banking, KYC and Clients’ attributes systems;
- Database: DB2, Postgre, Oracle;
- Protocols: CFT, IBM CDC, MQ, API;
- Javas knowledge (incl. J2EE);
- Other: JavaScript, HTML5, UNIX Scripting, Linux and PL/SQL;
- Critical Thinking;
- Communication - Fluent in English both verbal and written communication;
- Extensive experience in daily verbal and written communication with a diverse group of people: Back office users, IT teams, managers;
- Detail oriented, analytical and excellent follow through;
- Excellent work ethic, self-starter, autonomous;
- Ability to learn from experience and from informal/formal instructions;
- High level of persistence, can-do attitude, pro-activeness and maturity;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication);
- French (verbal and written communication) is a plus.
