**About The Role**:
- Provide outstanding technical support by addressing inquiries about our product, hardware, or software issues, troubleshooting methods, and managing repair requests, coordinating with our repair network.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving to enhance satisfaction.
- Process and record customer and internal requests, orders, tickets, etc., adhering to defined time limits.
- Maintain respectful communication in all interactions, following established procedures and policies.
- Provide feedback to enhance processes and actively engage in finding solutions.

- Well-organized with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Support/Technical Support experience.
- Reliable, professional, and progressive mindset.
- Nice-to-have: 6 months' experience in a Technical Support role.
- Fluent in German (C2 level).
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
