German Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary
As a German Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for technical and customer support inquiries for our German-speaking stakeholders. This role involves managing client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity, prioritizing their needs, and providing unique solutions to problems. You will also own the stakeholder experience by liaising with diverse helpdesks, product partners, and quality engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client contacts and escalations, prioritizing their needs and providing solutions.
- Liaise with helpdesks, product partners, and quality engineering teams to ensure excellent stakeholder experience.
- Process client-generated and internally generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
- Provide administrative support to certify client details and update their database.
- Manage supply-related requests, validating if the request is already in the premises, if the order is already placed, or the status of the request.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent.
- Minimum of a year's experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a multi-national environment.
- Closely familiar with computers and digital network configurations, including advanced-level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable to working alongside the time zone and calendar of local stakeholders.
- English (B2 - C1: Independent User Level) and German (C2: Native-Level Fluency) language proficiency.
