We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our German Desk team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email and other communication channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients in German to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting clients in using our products and services
  • Providing empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our clients

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) and fluency in English
  • At least 6 months of support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
