At Red Frog Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via social media, phone, and email in German. Your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Support:
Resolve user inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
Problem Solving:
Assist users with account issues, product functionalities, and troubleshooting, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
Documentation:
Log and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and continuous improvement of services.
Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with users by providing empathetic and helpful responses.
