Job Summary

At HCLTech, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients across the globe.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving technical issues in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Improving skills through self-development and training programs
  • Meeting quality scores, SLAs, and bringing innovation and process improvements
  • Working effectively in a team to achieve common goals

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail and high level of professionalism
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and self-starter with minimal supervision

Required Work Experience

We require:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in Customer Service or Technical Voice Support
  • English and Italian C1/C2 Level (Mandatory)
