About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Ambassador to be the face of our hospitality team. As the primary point of contact for our members and guests, you will create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone warmly, making them feel known and cared for, and addressing their needs or concerns.
The Front Desk Ambassador will work closely with the Community Management team to ensure the front desk operations run smoothly throughout the day, including mail and package handling. This role requires a high level of multitasking, prioritizing the member experience, and ensuring that all aspects of the building are fully operational at all times.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Cover the front desk during business hours and serve as an on-site point of contact for members
- Ensure visiting guests are registered and checked in according to WeWork's guest policies
- Provide orientation of our spaces and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
- Support with issuing and collecting keys from members and guests as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free front desk area at all times
- Notify members of any food deliveries and packages
Member Engagement
- Learn the names of members and guests and get to know their businesses to build relationships and facilitate a sense of community
- Keep track of relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems
- Answer questions from members and guests knowledgeably and offer appropriate WeWork products and solutions
- Identify opportunities to celebrate members' successes and milestones
- Know and explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests
Building Operations and Management
- Assist with handling mail and packages throughout the day, including receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing
- Know and explain WeWork policies and procedures around mail and mailroom
- Monitor the condition of our spaces and make adjustments when needed
- Help maintain building amenities, such as restocking the Community treat bowl and keycards
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and appropriately
About You
We're looking for a people-person who enjoys meeting new individuals from diverse backgrounds and has outstanding interpersonal skills. In-person interactions energize you, and you feel comfortable being the face of the brand. You have a strong sense of helping others and value integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion. A secondary school certificate is preferred but not required.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
