About the Role: As an IT Service Desk Engineer at Diconium, you will work on projects that create value for our clients. Your responsibilities include processing and monitoring of service requests and incidents, provisioning and support of hardware and software, and on-site support at our locations in Portugal. Occasional travel to the Porto office may be required.

Requirements:
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience as an IT service desk
- Experienced with ticket systems, software distributors and remote tools
- Experience in supporting Windows, Mac and iPhones
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage: Azure, M365, Jira, Insight, Jamf
- You have a hands-on mentality and stay calm when things get hectic around you
- You are autonomous and willing to learn new things
- You are a friendly and easy going person
- Communicating in English is not an obstacle for you
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
