Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Academic qualifications at the 12th year level
- Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs
- Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow
- Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements
- Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process
- Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI
- ITIL, Power BI, and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer orientation and service quality
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy
