About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a Service Desk Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical support to our global clients across Spain, South America, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing 2nd line technical support using Service Now
  • Making and receiving telephone calls to resolve tickets within service level target times
