We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat channels to customers with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues.
- Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a technical field.
