Customer Support Professional: Dutch/Flemish Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch/Flemish language specialist to join our customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and provide solutions to their problems.
- Identify client issues, handle complaints, and provide alternatives to resolve the situation.
- Collaborate with other teams or agents to address complex cases.
- Document all actions taken in a CRM system.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch/Flemish language (oral and written).
- Fluency in English (B2 level) is required.
- At least 1 year of proven customer communication experience.
- Able to work 3-day shifts rotation, including weekends.
- Accurate, efficient, and respectful communication manner.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality.
- Social media savvy and strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications.

Salary Estimate: Based on your qualifications and experience, we offer a competitive salary in the range of €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on your performance and location. This estimate may vary based on individual circumstances.
