We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch customer support specialist to join our team at Boardroom Appointments.
About the RoleAs a Dutch customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and communicating effectively through various channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native or near-native level of Dutch
- A good level of English proficiency
- Availability to live in Portugal - Lisbon
- Previous experience in dealing with public inquiries, preferably in a customer-facing role
As a Dutch customer support specialist at Boardroom Appointments, you can expect a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we offer:
