We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch customer support specialist to join our team at Boardroom Appointments.

About the Role

As a Dutch customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and communicating effectively through various channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native or near-native level of Dutch
  • A good level of English proficiency
  • Availability to live in Portugal - Lisbon
  • Previous experience in dealing with public inquiries, preferably in a customer-facing role
