About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support specialist to join our team at Randstad Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to users of one of the world's largest search engines.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Dutch and English, with the ability to adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social messaging platforms, as well as escalating issues to higher tiers of support when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
  • Preferably previous working experience in a call center;
  • High school diploma or a higher education degree;
  • Experience in technical Troubleshooting (preferable)
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package that includes:

  • A base salary of 1100€/month;
  • A performance bonus up to 120€/month;
  • A complexity bonus of 135€/month;
  • A meal allowance of 7.23€ per day;
  • Health Insurance;
  • A schedule that includes Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm, with 2 days off per week (rotative);
  • A relocation package;
