Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at Get The Job. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Russian (C2) and English (C1/C2), has valid documentation to work in Portugal, and has a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes

Requirements
