We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Grow-Talent.com. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading multinational technology business based in Lisbon, Portugal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers using various languages, including Russian and Polish
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives within the given time frames
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with other specialists to solve or properly close help tickets
  • Document all actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs for the engineering team

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Russian (C1), both oral and written; fluent in Polish (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in similar roles is mandatory
  • Preferably with chat experience or good typing speed and usage of multiple tools in a contact center environment
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and in a timely manner
