About the Job:
We are working with a leading multinational technology business to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist for their office in Lisbon. The successful candidate would support customers who own a premium membership of a streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
* Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and alternatives within time limits
* Identify and troubleshoot issues
* Collaborate with specialists to solve help tickets
* Document actions and categorize cases
* Maintain administrative forms
Requirements:
* Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
* Resourceful and stress-resilient personality
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
