Customer Support Specialist
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco Prestação De Serviços, Lda. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
- 12th grade (compulsory)
- Experience in banking (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work
