Job Description

As a Dutch-speaking Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with pre-sales inquiries, technical support issues, and escalating complex cases to higher tiers of support. Your role involves responding to inbound requests, documenting relevant case information, and adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical support issues via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined
  • Document relevant case information for future reference

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native fluency in Dutch and excellent English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on various platforms
