We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients in Italian.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage telephone contacts with customers in Italian, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to advise customers on services and offers, and generate added value through sales efforts.

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluency in Italian and English, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience in call center environments is preferred, but not essential. You must be able to work independently, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from 1412€ to 1772€ per month, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
