Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find the best solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support in Czech and English.
  • Ensure all requests adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and document your technical work for future reference.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).
  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000-€60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
