ResponsibilitiesAs a technical support specialist, you will review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hands-on customer support or technical consulting experience or equivalent.
- Application development and debugging experience with one or more languages or frameworks: Java, Node, Python, PHP, Ruby, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization, performance-related concepts, and debugging.
