In the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, we're seeking individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues, accelerating your career growth by honing problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills, as well as developing your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for owning, investigating, and resolving complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to customers while collaborating across teams and leveraging advanced troubleshooting tools.
  • By leading community building initiatives and sharing knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring, you will deepen your technical proficiency and contribute to the development of others.
  • You will engage with Microsoft Engineering and Supportability teams to investigate product defects, develop automation techniques, and drive product improvements, further enhancing your technical expertise.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology, with a strong background in sys-admin, active directory, and cloud-based systems. Additionally, SCCM-Config Manager experience, cloud expertise, and a focus on MDM knowledge, particularly Intune, are highly valued. Proficiency in English and one additional language (Italian, Spanish, German, or French) is required. Meeting Microsoft's security screening requirements is also essential.
