Atlean World is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Technical Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical customer issues on our platform and providing excellent support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with technical issues and provide resolutions
  • Determine technical support pain areas and provide feedback to Technical Advisors

Requirements:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • At least a year of experience in Technical Support
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
