Atlean World is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Technical Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in resolving technical customer issues on our platform and providing excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with technical issues and provide resolutions
- Determine technical support pain areas and provide feedback to Technical Advisors
Requirements:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- At least a year of experience in Technical Support
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
