About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Service & Support (CSS) team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues.

You will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer support, technical consulting, or software development, as well as strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer technical issues through effective troubleshooting and communication.
  • Develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable resolution of customer issues.
  • Participate in communities with peer delivery roles to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in customer support, technical consulting, or software development.
  • Application development and debugging experience with various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization, and performance-related concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting experience in Windows IIS, Linux, Container, Azure Web Apps, or Customer Docker Images.
  • Deep experience with Open-Source Web technologies such as Linux, NGNIX, Apache, Java, Node, Python, PHP, and Ruby.
  • Troubleshooting skills in Network or Active Directory Authentication.
  • Familiarity with packet sniffers: Fiddler, Network Monitor, or Wireshark.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools to analyze code issues: Windbg, Visual Studio, etc.

Language Qualification:

English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
