We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Global Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to renewable energy systems
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support and Team Lead as required
- Meet group and individual performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus performance-based opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health and wellness incentives.
